Warehouse Racking Project for Footwear Manufacturer — Indonesia

This project is a customized medium-duty shelving system constructed for a top-tier footwear manufacturer in Indonesia, serving the brand’s finished products warehouse. It is professionally designed for standardized storage, order picking and fast distribution of finished shoes. Faced with a wide variety of shoe box specifications and numerous product SKUs, the client previously suffered from low space utilization, disorderly inventory placement and low picking efficiency caused by traditional floor stacking. To match its expanding production capacity and standardized warehouse management requirements, we adopted a scientific overall layout with reasonable aisle planning, smooth operation flow and high storage density, fully adapting to the high-frequency inbound and outbound operation characteristics of the footwear industry.
