With more than 20 years of deep-rooted experience in the metal products and warehouse racking industry, we specialize in the R&D, design, custom manufacturing and export delivery of a wide range of storage systems tailored to diverse logistics and warehousing scenarios. Our product portfolio covers heavy-duty pallet racks, longspan racks, boltless rivet shelving, drive-in racks, cantilever racks, mezzanine floors, as well as automatic and semi-automatic production equipment for rack profiles, including Automatic Deck Edge Folding & Welding Machine, upright punching machines, beam roll forming machines and welding machines. These solutions are widely adopted by factories, distribution centers, cold storage facilities, e-commerce warehouses and third-party logistics providers across the globe.
From raw material to finished rack, we control every step in-house. Our full industrial chain covers steel procurement, precision stamping, roll forming, semi-automatic welding, surface treatment and packaging. A Fully Equipped Rack Production Workshop
Our workshop is equipped with a full set of advanced rack production machinery. It includes semi-automatic upright bracket welding machines for column bracket fabrication, fully automatic deck edge folding & welding machines for shelf deck processing, automatic rack beam roll forming machines for beam profile shaping, rack upright hole pattern punching machines for precision hole stamping, and an automatic powder coating line for surface finishing.
These machines streamline the whole forming, punching, welding and coating workflow. They guarantee precise dimensions, uniform hole patterns, stable welding quality and consistent surface finish for rack components. Supported by this matched production line, we shorten lead times and maintain consistent product quality for custom pallet racking. All equipment is well maintained to meet high-volume export orders steadily.
